TryHard Entertainment Japan Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter “the organization”) pledges to take necessary and proper measures to ensure the appropriate acquisition and handling of web users’ personal data, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and all other relevant legislation.
Definition of Personal Information
The term "personal information" shall mean information about a living individual which can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth or other description contained in such information (including such information as will allow easy reference to other information and will thereby enable the identification of the specific individual).
Purpose of Acquisition
When handling personal information, the organization shall specify the purpose of utilization of personal information as much as possible.
Permission of Usage
The organization shall not utilize any information acquired in the course of conducting its authorized businesses for purposes other than that for the authorized business.
The organization shall, to the best of its ability, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all personal information that it acquires.
The organization shall take necessary and proper measures for the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage, and for other security control of the personal data.
Provision to Third Parties
The organization shall not, except in the following cases, provide personal data to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the individual:
・ Cases in which the provision of personal data is based on laws and regulations.
・ Cases in which personal data is disclosed in such a state that it is impossible to distinguish individual customers.
Supervision of Employees
When the organization entrusts an employee to handle personal data, it shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the employee to ensure the security control of the personal data.
